Hard Work On Labor Day

Temps of late have been in the 100’s. Finally, it cooled down to the 80’s, giving us a break from the extreme heat.

On Labor Day, I took Jaxon to Blue Jay Park. We were excited to tear up the trails and go for a swim in the cool lake. After a good workout, we stopped at a park bench for a rest. It was a rare moment where Jaxon wasn’t going 100 mph. We were just standing on the bench, catching our breath.

I asked a passing hiker if he would snap a couple of photos. We were doing a lot of heavy breathing which didn’t make for the best photo shoot. I guess modeling is really hard work.

We’re so photogenic, even doing nothing but panting, we still look great.
